Bio:
Clark Bondy has performed saxophone as a studio session musician on hundreds of CD's, television and film.  Mr. Bondy has done concerts for 30 years in every kind of music from classical at churches and with the Oregon Symphony, to folk artists like Tracy Grammar to pop artists like Natalie Cole, to jazz artists like The Stan Kenton Tribute Band.  He has been heard throughout the world as the saxophonist for the Wee Sing® recordings and commercial work for corporations like Cinemark and Nike. 

He stays in demand as a saxophone and jazz clinician while his students are perennial award winners at the state and national level, receiving scholarships to top music schools and universities.  Clark's spiritual journey has always led him to share with others whatever God has blessed him with and the recent loss of 100 lbs. is no exception.  Clark & his wife Elizabeth work together as Certified Health Coaches, helping hundreds of clients in a dozen states reclaim their health as the Skinnysaxman™ Team.

Clark Bondy has been performing, recording, and teaching music professionally since he was sixteen.  He has been heard throughout North America and abroad as a session musician and soloist on recordings and concert stages.  Clark is currently the artist in residence at Phonics Phactory Christian School in Gresham and has been director of music of the award winning Whiskey Hill Jazz Club, Damascus Christian School, & Central Catholic High School in Portland, OR.  He continues to maintain an active schedule as a performer, clinician, and private studio instructor (currently at Whitman College).  Mr. Bondy holds B.A. in Music Education from Warner Pacific College and his students are perennial award winners of high school competitions, honor ensembles, and college scholarships. Longer Bio:
As one of the Northwest’s accomplished saxophonists, it’s Clark bondy’s versatility that deserves attention.  Though working as a band-leader and soloist in an array of concerts, studio sessions, private engagements, clubs, and churches, Clark is much in demand as a private studio instructor, clinician and guest artist.  Clark has performed throughout North America for scores of events, with international recording artists as a member of the house band for the television show Nightlight, saxman for the Shanghai Woolies, and freelance session musican on hundreds of commercial and published recordings like Wee Sing® which has sold over 50 million worldwide.

He directed the award-winning Whiskey Hill Jazz Club (1989-2011), instrumental music at Damascus Christian School (1992-2006), Central Catholic High School (1998-2002), and is the artist in residence at the Phonics Phactory Christian School in Gresham.  Clark serves on the woodwind faculties of Northwest colleges and music schools.  Mr. Bondy has also worked as an Associate Pastor of Music and and Youth and holds a B.A. in Music Education from Warner Pacific College.

Mr. Bondy’s students are perennial outstanding soloists at regional jazz festivals, finalists at district and state solo competitions, and performers in honor ensembles like the International Grammy Jazz Band, the Portland Youth Philharmonic, the Metropolitan Youth Symphony, All-State, and All-Northwest concert and jazz bands.  In addition, many have gone on to pursue careers in music winning scholarships to universities in a dozen states, and to conservatories such as Wheaton, Berklee, New England, and Paris.
